Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
